Reactive Electrical Maintenance
We specialise in serving many large, well established local, national & international businesses with a responsive maintenance service to ensure continuity of mains electrical, fire alarm, emergency lighting and other technical systems. As well as specialising in the commercial sector, services are also offered to letting agencies across the island and mainland looking after landlord's domestic maintenance requirements. Being able to focus on all aspects of technical maintenance, this gives us the edge when fast same day and round the clock attendance is required.
Electrical Inspection & Testing
For commercial & industrial companies, domestic landlords and other sectors to be able to comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 & private rented sector requirements (PRS), an inspection & test in accordance with BS 7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations (to the latest amendment) is required. Insurance underwriters, company specific facilities and maintenance departments and indeed the Health & Safety Executive often request such an inspection and accompanying report, and we offer the complete service. MTN Electrical Services Ltd. handles the ongoing safety inspection services for electrical installation, fire alarm & emergency lighting systems for many market leading local, national & international companies, as well as a host of domestic clients also. When remedial repair work is required following the outcome of such inspections, these services are also arranged and managed by us.
